“Come, follow Me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.” Matthew 4:19 Jesus did not form leaders primarily through instruction, correction, or delegation.
He formed them through relationship. Before the disciples understood His mission, before they grasped His authority, before they carried His power, they walked with Him. In the Kingdom, leadership is not transferred through information alone. It is formed through proximity.

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” John 10:27 Most leaders are trained to speak, decide, and direct — but few are trained to listen. Yet in the Kingdom, leadership authority does not begin with what we say or do; it begins with what we are able to hear. Before God forms leaders to carry authority, He forms them to recognize the Father’s voice.
