Before culture shifts, before strategies are written, before expansion takes place, the Father first works in the heart of the one He has called to build. That leader must discover both sonship and purpose, aligning identity with Heaven’s scroll.

Reformation starts with the leader. When you know you are a son (belonging) and discover your unique purpose (assignment), everything shifts. From this foundation flows the ability to lead a company in alignment with Heaven.

2) Phase Two - Prophetic Diagnosis:

The leader allows God’s Spirit to shine light on what must change, in both their own leadership style and the company’s culture. Misalignments, fractures, and hidden obstacles are revealed so truth and freedom can break in.

The leader partners with Heaven and their team to design the new blueprint. Mission, vision, values, governance, and systems are built to reflect Kingdom priorities. The strategy is not generic; it’s the unique Kingdom culture business plan for your company.

Common Blind Spots:

• Identity Blind Spots - confusing role with sonship, or worth with performance.
• Purpose Blind Spots - chasing success apart from Heaven’s unique scroll.
• Cultural Blind Spots - tolerating dishonor, fear, or control in company culture.
• Leadership Blind Spots - defaulting to management instead of prophetic governance.
• Fruit Blind Spots - measuring success only in profit while ignoring people, families, and communities.

Good news: Blind spots aren’t a disqualification. They’re an invitation to deeper alignment. A leader humble enough to let God and trusted advisors reveal what they cannot see becomes the very kind of reformer Heaven can trust with greater influence.
