BY LARRY NAULT, BKC President & Chief Strategist 🔷 The Parable of Multiplication “And other seeds fell into good soil and produced grain, growing up and increasing and yielding thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.” Mark 4:8 Jesus framed His Kingdom in agricultural terms because sowing and reaping are eternal principles. The seed in this parable never changes. What changes is the condition of the soil. Some soil is hardened by life, some is shallow, some is choked by distractions, but good soil produces abundance beyond measure. The difference is not the seed, it’s the soil. And in the Kingdom, soil represents the environment of our hearts, the cultures we create, and the companies we build. Addition vs. Multiplication Many of us have been taught to measure growth by small gains, incremental increases, careful calculations, or cautious steps forward. But Jesus introduces us to an entirely different economy: multiplication.
🔷 What Makes Soil “Good”? In a business, ministry, or personal life, “soil” means atmosphere, culture, and alignment with God’s design. At BKC, we describe this through our Strategic Foundation: At the center of everything is God’s Presence and Power - the source of life. Just as soil without water and sunlight cannot produce a harvest, Kingdom companies without God’s abiding presence and empowering Spirit cannot multiply. Everything else flows from Him. Surrounding this center are four pillars: 1) Sonship (Why). You are not an orphan striving to prove yourself. You are a son or daughter walking in authority, identity, and inheritance. Good soil begins with knowing who you are. 2) Purpose (What). Every seed carries design. Seeds only thrive when they are planted according to their purpose. When you clarify your scroll, you sow with intention. 3) Culture (Who). People, values, and community create the environment for seeds to grow. Culture is the greenhouse where multiplication happens. 4) Excellence (How). Excellence is not perfection, it is stewarding God’s resources with wisdom, strategy, and care. It’s the irrigation system that sustains growth. When these four align, and when they remain rooted in God’s Presence and Power, the soil becomes fertile ground for supernatural increase. 🔷 Why Seeds Fail Seeds don’t fail because they lack life. Seeds fail because they never find soil where they can grow. Many leaders are frustrated not because their ideas are wrong, but because they’ve planted them in toxic or misaligned environments:
🔷 Your Seed Is Never Wasted Here’s the prophetic encouragement: the seed God gave you still carries life. Even if it has lain dormant, even if it seems overlooked, it has not lost its design. When placed in the right soil, aligned with God’s Presence and Power, it will grow thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold. God’s economy is one of restoration and multiplication. What looks small in your hand can become a harvest in His. 🔷 Living the Principle How do we apply Mark 4:8 in our lives and companies today?
🔷 The BKC Mandate At Building a Kingdom Company, we help reformers uncover and design from Heaven’s scroll so that the seeds of their calling fall into good soil. Our four-phase Reformation Process is designed to ensure what God entrusted to you doesn’t just grow, it multiplies. When your leadership, your company, and your culture become good soil with God’s Presence and Power at the center, the outcome isn’t survival. It’s a Kingdom harvest that transforms communities, industries, and nations. 🔷 Call to Action — From Engaged to Equipped
Every seed carries the potential for multiplication, but only good soil produces thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold. In the same way, your Kingdom calling will only reach its full yield when it is cultivated in the right soil. At BKC, moving from Engaged to Equipped means you’re ready to cultivate that soil, both in your leadership and in your company. This begins with: Phase 1 - Identity Alignment: Understanding Sonship and clarifying your unique Kingdom purpose. Phase 2 - Prophetic Diagnosis: Discerning the current condition of both the leader and the company, identifying the gaps and the gold. These are the keys that prepare you for real multiplication. When you become Equipped, you’re not just sowing seed, you’re sowing into good soil with Heaven’s strategy for increase. 🔷 Contact BKC today - Let’s begin your reformation journey: 👉 Schedule a Discovery Call 👉 The BKC Reformation Process - Detail 👉 BKC's Kingdom Advancement Team 👉 Catch Up on Our Reformation Newsletter Series 👉 Review BKC's New Website
