🔷 The BKC Reformation Process
We guide leaders through a Spirit-led, four-phase journey of business reformation. Each phase builds upon Heaven’s blueprint and your prophetic assignment:
1. Identity Alignment – Rediscover Sonship and clarify Purpose
2. Prophetic Diagnosis – Assess the leader & business through Kingdom lenses
3. Strategic Architecture – Co-create a Kingdom Culture Business Plan 
4. Implementation & Expansion – Walk out the plan and multiply the impact

🧭 Phase 1: Identity Alignment

Every Kingdom company begins with identity, not strategy. Until a leader sees clearly who they are and why they’re here, business becomes striving instead of stewardship.
The first two quadrants of our Strategic Foundation Diagram speak to this foundation:

• 👑 Sonship: You are a beloved son, not a servant or hireling. Your leadership flows from being seated in Christ, not from anxiety or performance.
• 🧭 Purpose: Your company exists within God’s redemptive storyline. It’s not just a business; it’s a Kingdom instrument. Purpose is the compass that turns effort into impact.

Identity Alignment is a paid engagement and often bundled with Prophetic Diagnosis depending on your unique journey.

🔍 Phase 2: Prophetic Diagnosis

Once identity and direction are established, we shift into discerning the current condition of both the leader and the company. This is not analysis for the sake of metrics. This is revelation for the sake of transformation.

Prophetic Diagnosis includes three core elements, and is a paid phase of engagement:

✦ 1) LeaderScan
We begin with the person at the helm. Leadership determines atmosphere, culture, and direction.
The BKC LeaderScan explores three integrated layers:

• Behavioral Style: How you respond under pressure, lead teams, and solve problems
• Internal Motivators: What energizes you, brings meaning, or creates misalignment
• Leadership Competencies: Your current development across 23 skill areas, including Decision Making, Conflict Management, Planning, and Empathy

When leaders understand how they’ve been designed by Heaven, they stop mimicking others and start moving in authority.

✦ 2) Business Landscape Review
We assess the core structures of the company across seven essential domains, each one holding spiritual and strategic weight:

1. Leadership: Strategic vision and team influence
2. Business Model & Plan: How the company creates, delivers, and sustains value
3. Business Development: Marketing, sales, and customer experience
4. Finance: Stewardship, cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting
5. Operations: Workflow, systems, and delivery mechanisms
6. Workplace Culture: The spiritual and relational atmosphere of the team
7. Succession & Estate Plan: Preparing for legacy, wealth transfer, and generational impact 

This review shows us the gaps and the gold, where God’s favor is resting and where reform is needed.
✦ 3) Alignment Session

This is the sacred space where discernment becomes agreement. In some cases, this includes a site visit; in all cases, it is a relational meeting between BKC and company leadership.

Together, we:

• Discern what Heaven is highlighting
• Identify the most strategic problems to solve
• Clarify immediate and long-term priorities
• Define the scope of the work ahead
• Agree on the separate fee for Strategic Architecture

The Alignment Session ensures we are building together - on the same foundation, with shared language, and in step with the Spirit.

Once alignment is achieved, we begin designing your Kingdom Culture Business Plan. This is where you officially become a Partnered Member, and we co-create the systems, structure, and strategy needed to walk out your reformation.
