BY LARRY NAULT, BKC President & Chief Strategist 🔷 Series Intro At Building a Kingdom Company (BKC), we believe reformers are not just entrepreneurs or executives, they are Kingdom builders entrusted with Heaven’s blueprint. In this series of teachings, we’ve been exploring what it means to cultivate good soil for growth, guard the harvest, and now lead as fathers. Each principle builds on the last, equipping you to move from Engaged to Equipped in your leadership and company. 🔷 The Leadership Gap: Many Teachers, Few Fathers “For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.” 1 Corinthians 4:15 🔷 Series Intro At Building a Kingdom Company (BKC), we believe reformers are not just entrepreneurs or executives, they are Kingdom builders entrusted with Heaven’s blueprint. In this series of teachings, we’ve been exploring what it means to cultivate good soil for growth, guard the harvest, and now lead as fathers. Each principle builds on the last, equipping you to move from Engaged to Equipped in your leadership and company. 🔷 The Leadership Gap: Many Teachers, Few Fathers Paul’s words to the Corinthians ring just as true in today’s marketplace: we have countless leaders, managers, and coaches, but not many fathers. A teacher can instruct. A manager can direct. A CEO can oversee. But a father shapes identity, unlocks destiny, and imparts legacy. Fathering is about more than skill transfer; it’s about raising sons and daughters who carry the mission beyond the current generation. In Kingdom business, this is the gap we are called to close. 🔷 The Reformer CEO’s Mandate Reformer CEOs carry more than a vision for profit, growth, or influence. They carry a fathering mandate. Their leadership must reflect the heart of the Father, who doesn’t just build structures; He builds people. A father-leader:
“The Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all that He Himself is doing…” (John 5:19–20). Kingdom CEOs lead best when they lead as sons of the Father and as fathers to those entrusted to them. 🔷 The Prophetic Mandate of Fathering Malachi prophesied a time when: “He will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers…” (Malachi 4:6). This wasn’t just about families; it’s about a generational shift in leadership. The Spirit of Elijah is being released in this hour, restoring a fathering spirit to leaders in every sphere, including business. Reformer CEOs who embrace fathering will not only reform industries but will also heal generational gaps, turning companies into Kingdom families. They will stop cycles of exploitation and replace them with cultures of inheritance. 🔷 Fathers Build for Generations The psalmist wrote: “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” (Psalm 127:1). And Solomon reminded us: “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” (Proverbs 13:22). Fathers think generationally. They plant trees under whose shade they may never sit. They don’t build for quarterly reports, they build for generational impact. This is the mark of a Kingdom CEO. 🔷 From Management to Fathering The world measures CEOs by their ability to manage resources, drive profits, and increase market share. Heaven measures CEOs by their ability to father, to reproduce Kingdom culture in people who will outlast them.
“What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2). Fathers multiply themselves in others. That is the heart of reformation. 🔷 Prophetic Encouragement The Lord is raising up CEOs who will see themselves not just as executives but as fathers.
🔷 BKC Connection At Building a Kingdom Company, we believe reformer CEOs are first fathers. This means their truest identity is not found in their title or position, but in their calling to reproduce life in others. Before they build organizations, they build people. Before they govern structures, they nurture sons and daughters who carry the vision forward. To lead as a father is to lead as God leads, to build relationally, release inheritance, and multiply through love, not control. Fathering is the Kingdom blueprint for leadership. It’s how Heaven governs, how Jesus led His disciples, and how true reformation takes root. Our Strategic Foundation places God’s Presence and Power at the center, and our Reformation Process helps leaders shift from managing tasks to fathering people, building something that lasts. Phase 1: Identity Alignment ensures you lead as a son of the Father, with a clear understanding of your unique Kingdom purpose. Phase 2: Prophetic Diagnosis equips you to discern your leadership gold & gaps, and the culture you are fathering, whether it reflects Heaven or needs reform. This is how leaders move from being Engaged to truly Equipped. 🔷 Series Outro Each of these teachings is part of a larger journey: learning to build with God’s Presence and Power at the center, multiplying fruit that lasts, and raising sons and daughters who carry the mission forward. This is the heart of reformation, and the path from being Engaged to becoming Equipped. 🔷 Call to Action — From Engaged to Equipped
