Heaven Measures Leadership by Fatherhood The world measures leadership by performance. Heaven measures it by fatherhood. Managers direct tasks. Instructors give information. Leaders inspire movement. But fathers transform people. Only fathers can:
Heaven promotes fathers. 2. A Father Carries the Heart of God When God reveals Himself, He does not come as CEO, strategist, or commander -- He comes as Father. To lead like God, we must carry His heart. This is why the center of the Strategic Foundation is: Presence & Power → Sonship → Fatherhood → Leadership Fathers do not lead from pressure. They lead from presence. 3. A Father Imparts Identity Identity is not formed through:
A father says, “This is who you are.” Instructors educate. Fathers establish identity. 4. A Father Builds Culture, Not Just Teams Teams can be hired. Culture must be fathered. Culture is shaped when a father:
Fathers shape the environment where behavior is formed. Your company’s culture is a mirror of your heart. 5. A Father Thinks in Legacy Bosses think in quarters. Leaders think in years. Fathers think in generations. Heaven entrusts legacy to fathers because they:
