Christian CEO & Executive Coaching:
Lead With Faith, Purpose & Clarity

Being a CEO can look successful from the outside and still leave you wondering:

Am I building what God actually called me to build?
Christian CEOs and executives carry the same responsibilities as other business leaders—strategy, people, financial performance, growth, competition, and execution.
But for the Christian leader, there can be another question underneath all of them:
Am I simply asking God to help me lead my company—or am I learning to lead in partnership with Father?
At Building A Kingdom Company (BKC), we go beyond conventional Christian CEO coaching and Christian executive coaching. We help Christian business owners and executives explore who Father is forming them to become, what He may have entrusted them to build, and how to lead and build in faithful partnership with Him.

More Than Christian CEO Coaching

Good executive coaching can provide valuable perspective, accountability, leadership development, and strategic counsel.
BKC brings another dimension to that conversation.
Jesus said in John 5:19:
“The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing.”
That gives us a different starting point:
Father, what are You saying and doing?
Instead of beginning only with Where do I want to take the company?, we also ask:
Father, what are You building—and how can I faithfully participate?
That doesn't eliminate sound business strategy. It changes the source from which we lead and build.

Before Father Builds Through a Leader, He Is Forming the Leader

CEOs spend enormous amounts of time thinking about the company they're building.
Kingdom leadership introduces another question:
Who is Father forming me to become?
Even Christian leaders can find themselves leading from fear, striving, control, comparison, performance, or the need to prove themselves.
BKC believes identity precedes assignment.
As we increasingly understand our identity as sons and daughters of God, leadership can begin to flow from a different place.
That's why we say:
Before Father builds through a leader, He is forming the leader.
The leader Father is forming and the company that leader is building are deeply connected.

From Calling to Practical Business Leadership

Building with Father doesn't mean choosing between spiritual discernment and excellent business practice.
Both matter.
BKC brings together biblical truth, prophetic discernment, leadership formation, and market-tested business strategy.
That can touch very practical areas of leadership and business—purpose and direction, people and culture, strategy and execution, organizational structure, financial stewardship, growth, and legacy.
We listen and discern.
We also analyze, plan, decide, and execute.
Excellence is stewardship.

Build What Lasts

The pressures facing a CEO can make the urgent feel more important than the eternal.
But Scripture continually brings us back to stewardship.
In 1 Corinthians 3:12–15, Paul reminds us that what we build—and what we build with—matters.
For a Kingdom business leader, success is therefore about more than revenue, growth, or enterprise value.
It also raises deeper questions:
  • What am I building in people?
  • What kind of culture are we creating?
  • What influence are we having?
  • What will remain after my leadership is finished?
Ultimately:
  • Am I faithfully building what Father has entrusted to me?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Christian CEO coaching?
Christian CEO coaching brings faith into the challenges of executive leadership. BKC goes further by helping Christian leaders explore their identity, formation, purpose, and the company Father may have entrusted them to build—while also addressing practical business realities.
How is BKC different from conventional executive coaching?
Conventional executive coaching often begins with the leader's goals and desired outcomes. BKC begins further upstream:
  • What is Father saying and doing?
  • Who is He forming you to become?
  • What has He entrusted you to build?
Does BKC work only with founders and CEOs?
No. BKC can work with owners, CEOs, and senior executives who desire to integrate their faith, leadership, and business responsibilities.
