BKC Newsletter - From SErvant to King: Priest and King - Part 3

​WELCOME new members and to ALL our COMMUNITY for an exciting year of REST and INITIATIVE on the way to understanding your IDENTITY and fulfilling your DESTINY. 
 
We've had tremendous response for our last post entitled “Partnering with Father" and encourage you to review this at your leisure. The earthly and eternal rewards (ROI) for developing your RELATIONSHIP with HIM are great:

​It is there that you will be given the REVELATION that leads to KNOWING your true IDENTITY and PURPOSE in LIFE. It is there that you will gain the WISDOM to choose your DESTINY; God does not force HIS WILL on us.
 
Once we get SAVED and receive the HOLY SPIRIT, a hunger to find our KINGDOM PURPOSE is birthed. It starts with becoming a SERVANT who can OBEY and continues...see illustration below:

​...it continues as we mature in HIS WORD learning that we too are HIS Son and Co-Heir. It is through this deeper RELATIONSHIP we discover something special about GOD'S business: HE wrote HIS DESIRES on our hearts and HE GIVES us permission to pursue them.  
 
"Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be". Ps. 139:16
 
"Delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart". Ps. 37:4
 
It’s at this stage that we connect the dots between our business and our destiny. Kings are focused on EXERCISING THEIR AUTHORITY in building the Kingdom HERE and NOW while servants content themselves with the blessed hope of heaven. 
 
Jesus said: "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened". Matthew 7:7-8 NIV
