The CEO OF A KINGDOM COMPANY understands that his LEADESHIP in his COMPANY is a GIFT, it is STEWARDSHIP, it is SERVANTHOOD; it is TEMPORARY and how he leads has ETERNAL IMPLICATIONS. ​​

He KNOWS he is ACCOUNTABLE to GOD for how he RUNS HIS COMPANY, the CULTURE he CREATES and how he INVESTS his PROFITS. He is READY to RESPOND to GOD'S CALL and SEEKS WISE COUNSEL. It is written:

"Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on His law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers." Psalm 1:1-6 NIV ​

A KINGDOM COMPANY CEO knows that GOD PROVIDES the products, people and profits that make a business, but these are not the end. These are merely a vehicle, a means to an end. The end is to create ETERNAL VALUE for the KING of our HEARTS. 

ETERNAL VALUE refers to the things in life that will REMAIN VALUABLE FOREVER, such as your RELATIONSHIP with GOD and the PEOPLE you reach through caring and sharing like Jesus taught us.

The ULTIMATE PURPOSE of a KINGDOM COMPANY is to HONOR GOD by providing ways to create ETERNAL VALUE. A KINGDOM COMPANY CEO not only asks, “how do we go about making a profit,” but is “always asking, “how are we using profit to create ETERNAL VALUE?” just as someday, God will ask each of us, “how did you use the gifts I gave you?” We should all want to hear these words:

"WELL DONE, GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come share in your master's happiness!" Matthew 25:23 NIV
