Most leaders are trained to speak, decide, and direct — but few are trained to listen. Yet in the Kingdom, leadership authority does not begin with what we say or do; it begins with what we are able to hear. Before God forms leaders to carry authority, He forms them to recognize the Father’s voice. “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” John 10:27

“As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.” Psalm 103:13 “The Father Himself loves you.” John 16:27 “I am gentle and lowly in heart.” Matthew 11:29 Welcome back — this is Week 2 of THE CEO AS FATHER™ winter series: "The Father's Heart".
In Week 1 we explored why Heaven raises fathers, not bosses. This week, we move deeper into what actually shapes a Kingdom father’s leadership:
“You have many instructors, but not many fathers.” 1 Corinthians 4:15 “I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters.” 2 Corinthians 6:18 🔷 Welcome to Week 1 of our winter series, THE CEO AS FATHER™.
In November, God recalibrated how we hear Him:
Because hearing God is the doorway into becoming the kind of leader Heaven can trust. Now we step into the next stage of Kingdom maturity: learning to lead not as bosses, but as fathers. “You have many instructors, but not many fathers.” 1 Corinthians 4:15 “It is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.” Luke 12:32 As we enter Thanksgiving week, we want to pause and express our gratitude for you — the leaders, founders, reformers, and CEOs who are choosing to walk with God in your business, hear His voice in your decisions, and steward the purpose He has assigned to your life.
Over the past three weeks we explored one of the most important journeys any Kingdom leader can take:
WELCOME new members — and to all our community, thank you for continuing this journey of Building Great Companies that Glorify and Advance the Kingdom of God through Intentional Reformation!
At BKC, we encourage you to get in agreement with who God says you are and to receive your inheritance as a son, heir, and reformer in the marketplace. We believe and declare that today’s teaching — “The Power of Decree” — will equip you to partner with Heaven at a new level as you speak with clarity, confidence, and Kingdom authority. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow Me." John 10:27 Recognizing God’s Voice in Everyday Life
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” John 10:27 🔷 Learning Heaven’s Rhythm In When Heaven Whispers, we discovered that God rarely shouts—He invites. He draws us closer with peace, timing, and quiet impressions that only sons recognize. But every whisper carries a deeper rhythm. Before a decree is ever released, Heaven teaches us its language. It’s a flow every reformer must learn: Silence → Asking → Whisper → Word → Decree 🔷 Hearing the Gentle Whisper
“And after the fire came a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave.” 1 Kings 19:12 In The Dial Tone in Prayer, we discovered that Heaven’s silence isn’t absence — it’s connection. When you stay on the line, the next thing you often hear isn’t thunder… it’s a whisper. Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:1 🔥WELCOME new members — and to all our community, thank you for continuing this journey of Building Great Companies that Glorify and Advance the Kingdom of God through Intentional Reformation!

We believe and declare that today’s post, “The Dial Tone in Prayer,” will help you advance on your journey to becoming all you were created to be. This teaching was inspired by John Garfield, our Director of Kingdom Advancement and founder of Releasing Kings. “Those who built on the wall, and those who carried burdens, loaded themselves so that with one hand
they worked at construction, and with the other held a weapon.” Nehemiah 4:17 🔷 Series Intro At Building a Kingdom Company (BKC), we believe reformers are not just entrepreneurs or executives, they are Kingdom builders entrusted with Heaven’s blueprint. In this series of teachings, we’re exploring what it means to cultivate good soil for growth, guard the harvest, and lead as fathers. Each principle builds on the last, equipping you to move from Interested / Engaged to Equipped in your leadership and company. 🔷 Introduction: When Builders Become Watchmen Every reformer begins as a builder, receiving a vision from Heaven and laboring to see it made manifest on earth. But once the walls are raised and the house is taking shape, the leader’s role shifts. You must now guard what you’ve built. BY LARRY NAULT, BKC President & Chief Strategist
